1. Only the commodity with non-human damage within 15 days (calculated from the date of receipt) can be returned/refund or exchanged, such as structure and function, we will send replacement parts for free.
2. Unless the commodity are defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In this case, the commodity will be replaced (as the fact may be) or returned according to the discussion between the Buyer and us.
3. Once a refund agreement is confirmed between the Buyer and us, the Buyer will be responsible for returning the commodity to our designated warehouse address, our technician will inspect and confirm to refund or exchange parts to the buyer, the logistics cost of repaired goods sending-back will be paid by us.
4. The gifts redeemed must be returned together, otherwise we will deduct its value from the return amount.
5. Customers must send or post the commodity to our designated European warehouse by themselves.
6. After the replacement, the logistics cost of repaired commodity sending-back to the Buyer will be paid by us.
